Water Rate Increase Proposed
The City of Reedley is proposing a water rate increase due to rising operational costs and dramatically reduced revenues due to conservation impacts. City Receives Bond Rating Upgrade
The City's Wastewater Bonds received a credit rating upgrade. Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has completed their review of the former 2007 Wastewater Revenue Bonds, raising the credit rating from "A-" to "A," while affirming the 'stable' outlook. The review was done as part of the refunding process, which will result in an annual debt service payment savings. Beginning May 2016, customers will see a blue return envelope included with their City utility bill. Over the years, many customers have asked for a return envelope, and the City is pleased to be able to finally accommodate this request. If paying by mail or using the drop box at City Hall, please use the provided envelope to ensure your payment is processed in a timely manner. If you are paying your bill online and still receive a paper statement, or prefer to continue paying in person, feel free to bring unused envelopes back to City Hall so they can be reused and help keep costs down. The City of Reedley offers convenient utility payment options that are designed to save you time! Please click here for more information.
